By submitting photographs, comments or other materials to Mon Q & Co. and all related materials to monqandco you grant Mon Q & Co. a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable and transferable right to use, display, copy, distribute, publish and modify submissions.

When you post photographs, reviews or comments to monqandco.com or on any of Mon Q & Co.'s social media's public and private networks, you also grant us the right to use the name presented and if anonymous user name then the email that is presented you submitted, if any, in connection with that submission.

You further represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all rights to any content submitted to Mon Q & Co. 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

You may not use Mon Q & Co's service marks in connection with any product or service that is in any way likely to cause confusion or to disparage or discredit Mon Q & Co. that includes all Mon Q & Co. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us up to 2 hours after placing it. 

Please be advised that personalized jewellery pieces are made especially for you; therefore, after 2 hours, they can only be replaced for exchanged for store credit.

For non-customized pieces, If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the items to us. To cancel your order, please contact our customer care team at

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, or your item develops a fault, please get in touch with our friendly customer support team who will be on hand to resolve any 

A few things to be aware of:

• All products must be in their original condition, with all packaging intact.
• We cannot accept returns on personalized items. These include all products in the name collection, and any additional engraving or metal letters added to an item (unless faulty).
• We cannot accept returns on earrings (unless faulty).
• We cannot refund gift packaging
• Returns are processed within five working days of our warehouse receiving them. Please note, it can sometimes take a few days for the refunded money to show in your account.

Purchased Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We take great care to ensure you get beautiful, flawless pieces. If you feel your jewellery was damaged or have any other concerns, please get in touch so we can help. Mon Q & Co. reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be posted on this page.

ERRORS

In the event that a product is listed incorrect description information or price due to a typographical error or other mistake, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders that may have been placed on the product listed. If the credit card used to purchase an item from our official monqandco.com website has already been charged and have proof of payment from both sides, we will issue a credit to the card used for the transaction in full amount.

In the event the item has been tampered with we reserve the rights to examine and inspect.
