Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us up to 2 hours after placing it. 

Please be advised that personalized jewellery pieces are made especially for you; therefore, after 2 hours, they can only be replaced for exchanged for store credit. in addition may not be full amount of purchase.

For non-customized pieces, If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the items to us. To cancel your order, please contact our customer care team at

Refunds / Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, or your item develops a fault, please get in touch with our friendly customer support team who will be on hand to resolve any issues you may have.

A few things to be aware of:

• All products must be in their original condition, with all packaging intact.
• We cannot accept returns on personalized items. These include all products in the name collection, and any additional engraving or metal letters added to an item (unless received faulty).
• We cannot accept returns on earrings (unless received faulty).
• We cannot refund gift packaging
• Returns are processed within five working days of our warehouse receiving them. Please note, it can sometimes take a few days for the refunded money to show in your account.

Missing / Damaged 

If you haven't received your order please check your latest tracking information updates regarding your order or if your order is not as expected, please contact our customer care inquiries@monqandco.com as soon as possible with your order confirmation ready at hand.

Gift Cards

Purchased Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
