Natalya Sara is the founder of  Mon Q & Co. 

I always adored jewellery, fishing out treasures from my nana's jewellery chest, she shared a story about each and every piece she owned having a story of its own.

Time and time again I found myself purchasing more and more jewellery over the years online, trendy markets and small boutiques yet nothing to wear that hadn’t tarnished, had missing diamonds or had been fast fashion out of season.
The experiences in existing brands were under glass counters and staff in dark uniform it all felt impersonal and uninspiring.
I searched for a brand that’s fun, personal, trustworthy, empowering and sentimental.

So I created MONQANDCO.

As quality should never be compromised. We partnered with professional diamond jewellers in London to ensure our organic gold materials are designed to be unique, exquisite and sustainable including our eco friendly & recycled packaging Reducing our carbon footprint.

Our community is essential to us, so we also partnered with #NOAGIRLS a women support women charity to help, support and empower women in need & every Jewellery purchase we donate a percentage to charity.
